This policy explains what information Next Level collects through this page, why we collect it and how we handle it. It applies to this page only.

Information we collect

When you request or book a demo, you choose to give us:

• Your name and clinic name
• Your email address and phone number
• Your website address, if you provide one
• Your clinic type, approximate monthly marketing spend and the services you currently pay for

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, referring page and how you interact with this page. This comes from standard web analytics and advertising tools.

How we use it

• To contact you about the demo you requested
• To prepare for that call, so the walkthrough reflects your clinic
• To measure which ads and pages lead to demo requests
• To improve this page and our services

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

We use third parties to operate this page and our scheduling. These providers process information on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy terms:

• Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery
• HighLevel (LeadConnector) — demo scheduling and contact management
• Loom — video hosting for the demo walkthrough
• Google Analytics and Meta — traffic and advertising measurement, where enabled

Cookies and tracking

This page may use cookies and similar technologies to measure traffic and ad performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the page will still work. Embedded content — the demo video and the booking calendar — may set its own cookies when you interact with it.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for as long as needed to follow up and maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email corey@gonextlevel.ai and we will handle it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Security

This page is served over HTTPS and submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This page is intended for clinic owners and operators. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date above. Continuing to use the page means you accept the current version.
